Assuming there are no significant changes to the Queensland COVID-19 regulations the North Queensland Scale Modellers annual model competition and expo is scheduled to take place at the Jezzine Barracks Military Museum ( Army Museum North Queensland ) on the 3rd and 4th of October 2020.
PUBLIC DISPLAY SUNDAY 4 OCT 2020, 9 AM - 1 PM
Entrants and visitors must comply with COVID-19 regulations and follow directions from the NQSM and Museum Officials.
Saturday 3 Oct 2020
9 am to 11 am - Competition entries accepted at the Army Museum North Queensland.
12 pm to 2 pm - Competition judging by entrants "NNL" style
6.30 pm - Group Dinner The Australian Hotel , 11 Palmer St, Townsville
Sunday 4 Oct 2020
9am to 1pm - Expo display open to the public , a gold coin donation in lieu of formal entry fee appreciated.
1pm - 2pm Awards presentation

1.00 pm - 3.00 pm - Set up - Army Museum - NQSM Members only
3.00 pm - 4.00 pm - Entries accepted - Army Museum - NQSM Members only
Saturday 3 Oct 2020
9 am to 11 am - Competition entries accepted at the Army Museum North Queensland.
On arrival please present to the Museum Main Entry - a COVID declaration and brief will be required prior to being granted admission. You must maintain physical distancing and adhere to the maximum occupancy displayed for each museum area. Both the main gallery and the competition room will have signs indicating a one way traffic flow. Follow the directions of museum and NQSM staff without question.
12 pm to 2 pm - Competition judging by entrants "NNL" style
